TXM is a proprietary file import used by Xradia Versa, which has Dragonfly Pro bundled as the solution for 3D visualization and analysis. Dragonfly does not have the plug-in to import TXM files.

Dragonfly Pro is only available from Carl Zeiss. ORS can't provide trials of Dragonfly Pro.
