Normally Dragonfly can automatically find the dedicated graphics card and use it every time you launch the program.

If Dragonfly doesn't use the dedicated graphics card automatically, please try following fixes:

1. Upgrade the driver of your graphics card to the most recent one, restart the computer and launch Dragonfly again.

2. On laptops with the Nvidia Optimus installed, you can do either 2.1 or 2.2:

2.1. Right-click the desktop shortcut of Dragonfly, find the option to use selected graphics card:

2.2  Manually set up which graphics card to be used in Windows.

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking the desktop to find the menu

You can choose to use the "High-performance NVIDIA processor" for all programs in the Global Settings (which will increase the power consumption):

3.  On computers without the Nvidia Optimus installed, you can also manually set up which graphics card to be used in Windows.

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking the desktop to find the menu

You don't see the "High-performance NVIDIA processor" option in Global Settings. Instead you will see a list of Features and Settings:

Go to the Program Settings:

Click Browse and navigate to the Dragonfly installation folder and select "main_app.exe" (for Dragonfly 4.1 and prior versions) or "dragonfly_main.exe" (for Dragonfly 2020.1):

Now you see a list of Features and Settings for the selected program:

The last step is to specify these settings for Dragonfly as below:
