Nvidia produces Quadro cards for workstations (3D imaging, CAD, etc), and GeForce cards for gaming.
They will both give you good OpenGL performance and the CUDA capability (in all Quadro and most GeForce cards) that you need for Deep Learning.
Nvidia recommends the Quadro cards because their drivers are more robust. If you desire that, you should purchase the Quadro. If you prefer to get a better performance/price ratio, then you might choose to get the GeForce card.
