People running a flavor of Windows N will run into issues with Dragonfly. After installing the application, it will not start, indicating that some DLLs are missing, for example MFPlay.dll.


The N means that Windows is without media-related technology, and we rely on that technology being present. 


Thankfully, Microsoft allows to subsequently install the Media Feature Pack. You can download that component via this link:

After installing the Media Feature Pack, Dragonfly should work normally.
